This Brock Hoffman situation is head scratching based on other waivers granted by the NCAA. Tough to see why the NCAA gets a bad rap.

The NCAA makes plenty of mistakes...yup....has plenty of bad rules....if only we knew of a member institution we could complain to as advocates to change....if only we knew.
