Heres how I think the lineup should be tonight.

PG: De Wilson
SG: Todd
SF: Jamil
PF: Stevie Jr.
C: Otule

However, I honestly think Juan should come of the bench for Derek. I actually think Juan could run the point he has some handles.

NCAA Rankings

Strength of Schedule: ASU-248 MU-264 (OSU game must be negated by cupcakes)
Points per game: ASU 41 - MU 288
Shooting %: ASU 67 - MU 331 (of 351)

My head says lay the points with ASU.  If we removed the team names and saw team A was at home and only laying 6.5-7.0 points to team B it would be an easy bet.  My heart says Buzz will make adjustments and  MU will come out of this shooting slump.  This is why I don't bet on my alma mater's games!  If PG Jahii Carson goes nuts it will be a long night.  GO MARQUETTE!

MU: http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/team/_/id/269/marquette-golden-eagles
ASU: http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/team/_/id/9/arizona-state-sun-devils
SOS: http://www.teamrankings.com/ncaa-basketball/ranking/strength-of-schedule-by-team

Excellent info here, and intelligent comment -- especially the part about not betting for or against the alma mater!

I think the concern is that if we play like we did against Southern, Ohio State or New Hampshire, we will most certainly lose this game, and lose it comfortably.  I don't know what to make of the Grambling game, since the oppponent was so poor.  So to win this game we will have to demonstrate a level of basketball well above what we have shown so far.  I'm not saying that is impossible or even unlikely, but you won't get rich betting on the hope that a particular team will play their best game of the season.

Yep.

It's fine to hope for the best -- and I'm doing just that -- but betting as if the best will happen is a good way to lose money.

Haven't seen the first half line yet, but my guess is it'll be ASU -3 or -3.5. That's where I'll be putting my money.

ASU isn't good. Easy money. Don't often bet on MU, but this one requires a full draw on your credit capacity. Bet everything on MU. Easy $$.
Thanks for ruining summer, Canada.

Why Dish?? Tied with osu at half--lost by 17.
Up 7 vs UNH lost 2nd half won by 5. If betting on asu by half you may want the second half.

How many of those games were outside Milwaukee?

Thanks MU82 - I just want MU to win every game regardless of how they do it.  I'm a numbers guy and love watching the "Vegas Market".  I save my gambling for our financial markets!  They may actually be riskier!

1st half line consensus is ASU -3.5  While I typed they added an over/under of 64.5 - interesting!

JayBee, I watched ASU against Vegas, they have a real scoring point, can score, at home, every team shoots the ball at home better, except MU, but I believe MU plays all there games away since they barely practice at the Bradley Center, so what do you see that I do not, I see the exact opposite.

There is always a tomorrow in the equity markets. Sports bets have a much more limited shelf life.

Wish I had your confidence. I have a feeling we lose by 10

Neither-- so the lights will be too bright for the boys and we pee ourselves in the first 20?

Would be a seller at +6.5. Could be good thing fo Warriors because my track record when betting on games was not high.

Isn't the court at the Al McGuire an exact duplicate of the BC?
