Every MU run gets answered by a bigger run

MU was down 12, cut it to 5, Seton Hall pushed it back to 11. Math says you're off

Big question, can Koby hit an outside shot or have 2 turnovers ?

At the game. Not blaming the refs but it looks like multiple times there was pretty significant contact with no call. Accurate or not?

Definitely a few of Markus' drives were very contact-heavy.

First half:

Seton Hall is doing a good job of making extra pass for open weak side 3's and knocking them down.

MU is doing very well on the glass and getting big man buckets inside.

MU needs better ball movement as they are not

Anim 1 for 7 and it was an open basket cut lay up off pass.

Markus playing well on offense.

Key to 2nd half is MU needs to do a better job staying in front of its man on defense. Too much help D and getting out of position for open 3's.

Markus: 6-9
Rest of team: 8-23

Another way to look at it:

Bailey, Sacar, Koby: 2/12
Rest of the team: 11/17

Markus, bigs, and our low scoring/defensive subs are doing what they need to on offense. Need our secondary scorers to step up and start making shots

Bigger question. Can we find a coach who is not clueless when it comes to preparing and coaching players. Mediocrity matters.

Only one really bad no call IMHO (Gill trucking Markus). The others could have been called blocks but am fine if they leave them as no calls as long as its consistent, which I think they have been.

I do agree with whoever said it though....I bet they call it a lot tighter in the second half

They were making everything.

We sans Markus were missing everything.

Let's get some regression to the mean going.

I always think/hope that happens in our games, but it rarely seems to

Yeah, if he outscores SH by say 40-28, we might win. Not getting any help from others such as Anim or McKewen.

Defensively our weakside help has been late all game. I think they are playing conservatively to try and prevent the lobs that they used to kill us last game.

.....speaking of which

The reason that Bailey, Sacar, Koby are 2/12 and 0/5 is because they're not very good. These are players 6-9 on a decent team. They wouldn't start for any other BE team that's over 500. Just shows how much MH is worth.

Crappy first half start, crappy second half start.  Wojo team back on track to previous trajectory after playing short handed GT.

I agree. Though Markus basically ran into Gill on that drive. Of course being outweighed by about 130 lbs Markus was gonna hit the deck.

Refs have been basically fine. Problem is Seton Hall is shooting the lights out.
