I'd be surprised to get out of the first round, but if you had to put us in the 10 spot, this current alignment is about the best you could draw it up.................

I'm just trying to imagine how tired our 7 players are going to be after winning 5 games in a row.

4.

4.
It's 5, they actually need to win the play in game against the Villanova team managers
-
Final games on Sunday are as follows:
Butler @ Providence
SHU @ Gtown
SJU @ Nova
Depaul @ MU
Xavier @ Creighton
Assuming the home teams win, the final standings would be:
1. Nova 16-2
2. Providence 12-6
3. Georgetown 12-6
4. Butler 11-7
5. SJU 10-8
6. Xavier 8-10
7. Depaul 6-12
8. SHU 6-12
9. Creighton 5-13
10. Marquette 4-14
This would leave the bracket looking just as it looks now.
If X beats CU, and MU beats DP, then MU takes the 9 seed.

4-14. Wow. Still shocking to see that record next to MU.

I'll admit that I haven't been paying attention but Saturday is a must win for Xavier.

You would think so but Lunardi and Palm have them safely in either way. Just looking at who they've beaten and played, I don't find it impressive at all. But the guys who do it for a living disagree.

They aren't even last 4, most projections have them as an 8/9 seed. Xavier should be in regardless. Their SOS is good enough to offset even 14 losses, especially when you look at the rest of the bubble.

Butler up 11 at HT.
Georgetown up 8 at the break.

Looks like MU may get the 9. Creighton down 4 to X with 1 to go.
