1. Cubs
2. USMNT
3. Madness- although no streaming option this year correct?

This late in the cycle, the US usually has qualification "in the bag." However not this year.

1. Cubs opponent
2. USMNT
3. Madness

At least we could agree on what game to watch.

DVR is a great product. Just saying.

I'll get to watching Madness at some point, but tomorrow is arguably the biggest match our nation has played since Belgium at the 2014 World Cup. Working all weekend, so Madness likely waits for next week, which kills the anticipation more than a little.

I do like to attend Madness, but there's no way I'd avoid knowing the USA result all weekend long.

And while also a Cubs fan, tomorrow night is meaningless compared to World Cup qualification, especially considering how poor this qualification has gone in general. Absolute must-win tomorrow.

AGREED...Yes, a DVR is an obvious choice. But for some students, it might be expensive, but a viable option.

Go to Madness, all that other stuff can wait!

Is Madness being streamed anywhere?  Thanks.  I'll hang up and listen for my answer.

Also, the Venn diagram for people that are super-interested in Marquette Madness and super-interested in the USA national soccer team has the two circles barely touching.

Seriously! Picking something like that over #mubb. For shame.

If the US qualifies for the World Cup and no one cares, does it really happen?

You should really watch the Teen Titans Go soccer episode entitled "Kicking a Ball and Pretending to Be Hurt." It's hilarious.

I was just pondering this very same question regarding your posts.  By virtue of my response have I not myself breathed life into them?  Is there no creator without acknowledgment of the created?  Oh these existential questions.

Wojo doesn't explicitly call out the USMNT game as being less important than Madness, but it's implied for sure

Source? isn't participating -- late scratch due to walking boot, which isn't conducive to dunkanating.
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

That's awesome, I thought I was the only one that had to sit through Teen Titans while my kid watched. That soccer episode is the best though.

Waffles?  Waffles, waffles, waffles.

Love Teen Titans... one of the few "modern" cartoons I can stomach with my kids.

What’s the word on the concert? Do I just need my old ID? Do I need to buy a ticket or do I just walk into the central mall?

You need a ticket. In your name.  With ID.  Driver's license is fine. I have no sense if any remain available but 'pre-sale' (they were actually free) ended a couple days ago.  They may be available on campus beginning today through the weekend, not sure.  Capacity capped at 3400 but I'll bet the crappy weather will result in no shows and lead to availability.
