Musical lineups?

Buzz Williams will freely admit he's a creature of habit.

Yet out of all the things he had to worry about in his first season as MU's coach in 2008-'09, his starting lineup wasn't one of them.

Dwight Burke. Lazar Hayward. Wesley Matthews. Jerel McNeal. Dominic James.

Buzz said J-may missed some practices?  My assumption that they made him concentrate on schoolwork or something but does anyone have any insight?

I doubt that they would have him skip practice to concentrate on schoolwork.  My guess is that he may have had more of a physical issue.

Whoa Whoa Whoa...I apoligize if that came off as an insult but it wasn't meant to be.  My assumption may have been off base but these kids are students before they are athletes it was not any indication of intelligence or aptitute. Typically when theres an injury Buzz or one of the coaches mentions it "Player X rolled his ankle...he'll miss a couple pratices...its under control"  Just thought it was very wierd that this was the first indication that he missed some time and no mention of an injury.
