Oso planning to go pro
Heading up to my M-I-L's in Door Co. for Memorial Day Weekend. We'll go out night trolling for Walleye and/or brown trout. This is my 29 inch Walleye from that weekend 3 years ago. We got 4 total Walleye, between 26-29, and my son pulled in a 32" brownie. Fun stuff.(and yes, that's an MU sweatshirt I'm wearing)
heading up to Tomahawk to Lake Nokomis this weekend, might throw some lines in to see if I can get a walleye or two.
The link below is an article on ND kids trying to start a school fishing club. Curious if anything like this present at MU?http://www.southbendtribune.com/sports/sbt-outdoors-club-seeks-bass-knowledge-20120527,0,1668265.column
Heading to Mille Lacs this weekend for 4 days of fishing....where are the walleyes?
How did you do on Mille Lacs this weekend? Guessing you had a lot of weather to put up with.
thats a great lake. I used to have a cabin up there in Tomahawk. Im jealous now.
Weather was an issue only one day. I did terrible but my wife pulled in a 27'' walleye and a 30'' northern among the many fish she caught. Had to throw them all back, walleye I mean, due to the slot limit.
good fishing or a great recreational lake?
Leaving this week for the Eastern Sierra to trout fish on the rivers and streams. Fond memories of summers spent in Minocqua-even had a few pictures on the wall at Bosacki's
Going out offshore tomorrow for Kingfish, Cobia, Triggerfish, and snapper.Hopefully I have a picture or 2 to post.
Pictures of snapper are always welcome.
went bass fishing on nagawaukee. No luck, though didn't spend much time out there, warming up the new motor mostly.
