When I am replying to posts sometimes I get the stupid alert a new post has been psoted since you last clicked on this.  Can we get rid of this feature.  I have yet to read what was posted and it would be nice if i didnt have to keep clicking post.

This can be disabled in the preferences.

Just to clarify (for anyone else that wants to change it):

1) Click the "Profile" tab at the top
2) Click "Look and Layout Preferences" on the left side of the page
3) Check the options you want (or don't want)
4) Click "Change Profile"
