Apparently "redeployment" didn't come to him fast enough so he went with a word more appropriate.


“The current administration wants to keep [the U.S. troops in Iraq] so the next administration is the one who must surrender,” he said.

Well at least Feingold acknowledges that pulling out of Iraq is indeed surrender!
