So Cal Steakhouse Options

Going to be in So Cal (Anaheim/OC area) on biz with a expense account burning a hole in my pocket. Looking for good steak house recommendations. Mastro's? Thoughts?

Taylor's is supposed to be very good in L.A., but never been.  Nick and Stef's downtown
