Seems like god forbid if we do force a miss, they just get a rebound. They are our size and have 17 effing boards.

Do we need to start a thread "relentlessly praising" Derrick? ;D

My provider (Verizon) doesn't carry Fox Sports Go, but last time there was a guest sign in...don't see that now though

Comcast doesn't carry FS2 either.

Summary - Omaha driving at wil and scoring or passing out for easy buckets.  Marquette - every offense possession is a struggle.

we are playing Omaha not Ohio State.

So far, both Wilsons playing well.  carlino on the bench with 2 fouls, Teve not playing particularly welll.  Deonte came to play today.  We'd better hope Wojo rips them a new one at half and gets them to start playing better in transition D.

Looks like steve should just be flat out embarrassed.

Thank the lord for the "bench". All 3 of them look like they are playing well.

Of course offensive box score is all I got.

This is torture, "watching" the game by Yahoo play-by-play. It reminds me of a game a few years ago when I shut the computer off in disgust as we were losing to USF with virtually no time left and it was their ball. I learned in the AM that Jerel stole the inbounds and layer one in at the buzzer for the win.
Just looking at the numbers, one wonders if Teve is OK.

Douche vs. Bag
I'm with JayBee on this.

Good D on the last couple trips down to cut it to 3 at half.  Duane is having a good offensive game but needs to move his feet on D.  Derrick needs to help on D when the ball is near.  Teve is non existent except for missed 3s.  I'm waiting still for Carlino to get hot.

We've got this provided Wojo gets them to start getting back in transition.  Omaha's guards are very quick and we aren't getting in front of the guy.

No defense, giving up 44 first half points to a scrub team.  As I forewarned, the defense is atrocious with no signs of improvement.  This team looked better against Ohio St.

+1
They are lightening quick.  Reminds me of Florida Gulf Coast when they made their run in the dance.

We need a small lineup to keep up with them.  Fastest paced game I've seen in a while.  Like a rec league game!

Someone who has it, please give a brief summary at half.  Looks like Taylor having a lame game so far and MU giving up a boatload of points.

If it weren't for the bench and #12 this team would be down by 20.

The defense is abysmal to describe it in one word. The back court guys for Nebraska are scoring at will, cutting through our back court like a hot knife through butter....

Juan, Duane, Deonte and Derrick are playing well. Steve Taylor Jr. is looking more like the guy who was benched last year... Carlinos Defense is non existent (there are probably people on this board who can take him off the dribble), Jujuan hasn't done much 0-2, Sandy Cohen is 0-4.

8 Guys have played and you can guess the one guy who hasn't...

Box score says Taylor and JJJ scoreless.  Thats not good. Mu out rebounded 22-11 and MU has forced 11 turnovers and still down.

Would love to be a fly on wall in locker room.......

Thanks from all for summary.

It's the Duane, denote, and derrick show. Juan doing alright. Carlino with early foul trouble. Steve and JjJ have been net negatives. Rebounding hhas been a struggle. Omaha has had some really lucky bounces. All fifty fifty balls going their way

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.
