Or, MU's presence in the sweet 16 without going to the portal is doing the recruiting for him.

Yep, just being in the Sweet Sixteen is good for recruiting. Being in the Elite Eight and the Final Four is even better for recruiting.

I think with the exposure MU is getting that he might get a player or two calling Shaka!
