Candidates for the job
« on: November 21, 2018, 08:36:48 PM »
Lets be honest.  Wojo is not going anywhere with this team.  Are there any good options on the horizon for his seat?

Decent recruiter. Soft. Cant motivate his squad.  Cant make adjustments.  Its time for a change

Four games in and throwing in the towel, wow.  Disappointing loss but season so young and these guys want to play.  The season has barely started.  I predict a very good season still.

I’ll play just for fun; my hope is Shaka is ousted and ends up at MU. Still think he’s the perfect fit

We lost at Assembly Hall and to the #2 team in the country. We are at expectations for game results as I see it. Need to win Friday.

Wojo's not going anywhere barring some kind of off-court incident. See McCarthy, Mike. Our only hope is he hires some assistant who can really coach, but no evidence of that happening.

Wojo isn't going anywhere.  And any realistic candidate has flaws.

wait, you don't think McCarthy is on the hot seat?  He hasn't done anything since winning the super bowl 8 years ago, thus wasting arguably the best quarterback ever.  His lack of coaching skills have been showcased pretty well this year.  Different situations in my mind.  With A-rodg, expectations are super bowl.  For Marquette, top 3 in BEAST is a great season.  I do agree that Wojo is staying for now, even if Loserville pounds us.  We miss the tourney, different story.

Well next year he’ll have basically the same roster just a year older and add Koby, which is exactly what this roster needs. Plus Greg. So disagree.

13 years Dude. Wojo's got 8 more to go. Cheeseheads are very patient. I think you're missing my point.

The standard rallying cry of the last 4-years for the Wojo fanboy club.

No one has actually mentioned a realistic candidate in this thread.
Moser?
Wardle?
Stan?

I don't think it is an issue, but somebody actually name a realistic candidate that they would prefer.

100% agree with the bolded, but if MU moved on from Wojo, its hiring Stan barring an offer from another candidate it can't refuse.

Huh? I was responding to someone saying this is as good of a roster Wojo will have. It’s not.

You really struggle with comprehension.
