Hazel stepping up
« on: January 10, 2009, 04:29:43 PM »
Not sure if we have had a topic specifically on Hazel, but sorry if we have.  Anyway, I'm impressed with Hazel's play so far.  I mean he doesn't score a lot or anything, but in the amount of time he plays I think he works very hard and does a respectable job on the defensive end.  He seems more adept in the post on offense than Burke and does give us some athleticism off the bench.  I mean he's not that great, but for what most of us expected I would say he is exceeding expectations

Disagree, I think he was awful today. He looked lost. I think he's been great recently but today he was just not good.

Today as an exception, but I didn't expect him to stop their big guys or anything

Did you see Coach Buzz scream at Hazel in the first half.  I mean it was totally red faced screaming.  We really could not tell what he did to deserve that.  Anyone know?

Maybe Pat took a swig out of Buzz's glass of sweet tea by accident.

Actually, he's leading the BEast in FG%.

I don't care if hes only taken 28 shots! ;D
"I don't give a damn if he can't do nothing else. He can shoot, and I love the way he shoots. I don't care if he can't dribble, can't rebound, can't play defense... that kid can shoot the ball." - Tracy McGrady on Steve Novak
