There are several biographies of Loyola

And the Jesuits have had their own publishing for over 450 years

Depending on how serious you are about researching Jesuit Histories here's my recommendation. I'd start with the Marquette University Library-currently it has more than you'll ever need to know about famous Jesuits and the history of the order.
