Title: Insanity Region 1 vs 16
Post by: mu03eng on May 26, 2015, 08:23:07 AM
Derrick

I don't think I have the energy to describe this meme, besides everyone knows it.  Ners and a few other select posters endlessly carrying on about how Derrick Wilson has destroyed two seasons single handedly while also being the second shooter on the grassy knoll

Students Suck

This one is simple, every MU alum believes they were part of the best student section Marquette ever had and all students since suck.  The current students are always under scrutiny of the alumni who "did it better".  Will likely continue for time immemorial

C'mon man, he was the one and only shooter.  He shot from the grassy knoll and attempted to shoot a pigeon, but "bricked" so bad that he shot the president.

I would have thought there would be major Derrick blow back.  I was concerned with Derrick being a hated 1 and every team gunning for it....thought we might have seen our first 1 seed lose to a 16, but it doesn't look like it.

Did Ners get banned?

Did Ners get banned?

Absolutely not.  Recently, Ners received an amends letter from his high school basketball coach who admitted that he had only kept Ners on the team and played him because Ners' father had provided extra income to him so he could indulge his alcoholism with prodigious amounts of single malt scotch.  Disillusioned to find that much of what he thought of himself was a lie, Ners is taking some time to reassess his true level of basketball knowledge before gingerly dipping his toe back into MUScoop waters.
