Cooley has the inside track because of the current records in league and Providence not having to make up a couple likely losses.

I think for a while it's been Cooley or Shaka. I don't even know who votes for it, but I'm suspecting that the familiarity factor and the east coast bias indicate that it's gonna be Cooley.
