Yes, I suppose it is since he doesn't loose the year of eligibility.  I just know that some people were confused and thought McMorrow could some how be "activated."

do you think that Buzz would "encourage" anyone to xfer? he seems very inclusive or 'family' oriented so to speak.
After his speech at midnight madness that it is about the players and not the coach, he would be hypocrite to encourage a player to transfer out.

So what happens if Snaer or Wilson commit?  I mean, he's still handing out scholarships right?

I'm pretty sure Acker will have enough credits to graduate after this year.  There is no way he would start next year.  Maybe he decides to graduate and leave a year of eligibility on the table.  Him and Mcneal are really tight, so maybe with Jerel moving on, Acker decides to do the same.  Just a thought.

This is all a game of semantics. Buzz can't win in this situation. Since the fanatics in these forums have already thought about the possibility of oversigning in all likelihood Buzz will be pegged as the one who "encouraged" the outcome whether it be a transfer, graduation, or academic casualty. That's not fair but it's the truth of the matter.

As for oversigning, at this point it seems down to Colvin and no one else. Snaer was never more then a pub flirtation and Wilson is the girl you should have dated but it never seemed to be the right timing.

+1.
I don't think Snaer was ever really serious. As for Wilson, it would be nice to get him but I for one won't be crushed when he goes elsewhere, though I don't relish the idea of his playing at Madison. Next year's class has the potential to be one of the best MU has ever had.

Wilson isn't going to Wisconsin.  They aren't even on his short list and they don't have any scholarships to give either.

Most likely scenario is Wilson goes to MSU and punishes Bo and Tommy for 4 years.

It would not surprise me if Acker left after this year. He is really close w/ Jerel and at the end of the season picnic last year, Buzz said he'd be finishing after this year and then do grad school with his last year of eligibility. Mo looked at him like, 'don't count on me going to grad school'.  It really wouldn't surprise me if he left after this season if he graduates.
