Scoop problems?

Is anybody else having issues with Scoop getting stuck when you try to go from topic to topic or page to page? It keeps getting stuck loading for me and has happened at work, on my phone, and at home for me today.

i had the exact issues, infrequent but the same, when Chrome was my primary browser.  i switched over to Safari a few weeks back and have not seen them since.  I was thinking coincidence not causation but maybe change your browser and see what happens?
