Big Ten

It's early, but the Big Ten looks to be the best conference this year.  Minnesota, OSU, MSU, Illinois, Wisc and Purdue are all legit top 25 teams.

Gophers beat #8 North Carolina in PR.  72-67.  Huggy will be still ripped Sunday night for the championship game vs. Minnesota
Thanks for ruining summer, Canada.

They're the Big 10, so I assume they're all overrated as always.  I'll stop assuming that the entire conference is overrated every preseason as soon as they manage to FINISH a season with that many Top 25 teams.

No argument from me, likely the best conference this year but that will change with next year.

Remember when we thought beating Michigan was an impressive early season victory?

That's funny...and true! Everybody was on the Michigan bandwagon last year.

I hate to say it, but I agree, the Big 10,11,12, whatever they are, look the best.

The conference is pretty top heavy though.  1-6 they are the best in the counrty.  However, teams 7-11 are pretty bad.  IU, Iowa, and Michigan are all terrible.  Penn State and Northwestern are not very good either.  Ok at best.

In past years I belive the Big10 would have some overrated teams, but I really like their top 6 this year (other than Purdue w/Hummel out).  There is a lot of talent on those teams, and some really good coaches too.

Northwestern isn't bad. In a normal Big Ten year, they might make the NCAA tournament...for the first time ever.  This year will be tough for them, that conference is stacked this year.
