How much weight does the end of season games have vs early season games…

Are they treated equally?

Ncaa seeding

My perception is seeding is weighted more to how well a team is playing lately but the computer ratings less so?

Both T Rank and Haslam have time dependent adjustments (recency). They also cut off when the game is out of hand.
