Cain. Was going to argue for Markus but those last two rushed shots inside of two minutes were so dumb. Reminded me of Buycks vs. Louisville in 2011.
TAMUI do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.
So far it’s Symir
It’s unlike me to give a split but here goesThe 8 mile brothas. Jamal and Greg 6/6 from three and the 7th was almost down.Clearly it’s Jamal for the all around game. However, where there’s a happy Jamal there’s a happy and productive Greg and tonight it brought the win.I’ll say this- again in the slap the five reading too much category- one of the most pleasant things on the periphery that I saw as a MARQUETTE fan the last few years was 1- Greg’s positivity in the face of injury, again and again. Last year in Brooklyn guy was first on the bus with walkons on the scout squad with an ear to ear smile. We’ve all seen his positivity on the bench despite his hardships.2- Jamal’s bond with Greg and his ability to stick around after getting nearly walk on minutes last year. I don’t know crap when it comes to insider info, but I know that if rumors about Jamal nearly transferring last yr are true you bet your ass I know that Greg helped keep him around and I’m so glad. Ps- the story about MARKUS taking Jamal under his wing in offseason, pure gold. Perseverance. These two dudes, the 8 mile brothers, won this game for MU tonight. CURA PERSONALIS.This is what it’s all about. Thank you Jamal, thank you Greg.
Cain. This the season for "Peppermint" Cain.We need more recruitment in Michigan.
Cain, even though he should be replaced by a UWM transfer
Jamal,
Is this the beginning of a letter?
Pretty sure there'd be a Scoop mutiny if Cain doesn't get it.
A 'scootiny'? Could that lead to a letter writing campaign? What would the mods do when told some scoopers don't like how the site is run? Oh, dear.
This was actually one of the best "team" wins in a long time. Everyone had some positive contributions.Cain was definitely the stud. Now, how to get him and BB on the court at the same time???
