Easy dude I messing around. Of coarse the Hawks and Bruins are real teams with great histories, also I'm glad you watch the news and are keeping current on Detroit's struggles.

McCormick I have been watching the series and it's been an extremely entertaining one, but I'm pulling for the Boston since the majority of my MU friends are Hawks fans and I don't want them to have the satisfaction on winning.

God forbid your friends derive any joy from what you are otherwise neutral on.

I still can't believe that hit by Boychuck didn't get any type of discipline.  If this was a regular season game, he probably would've get a two game suspension for a hit like that. The league said the point of contact was not primarily the head...are you kidding me? I understand letting the players play and not let the officatiing dictate a series, but come on. The league is trying to change its image and clean up the game, but as soon as the playoffs start it all goes out the door. Pretty messed up.

League needs transparency. If it was 'clean', come out and say why.

Silence speaks volumes. I expect nothing but the cheapest from the Bruins tonight.

And probably horrible officiating relative to the cheapness.

I agree and if your Boston why wouldn't you?  The league has basically said it's ok to target the opponents best players and do what you wish with minimal, if any, repercussion.  Yet this is the part of the game they say they are trying to eliminate.  ?-(

The league has also said it something the players will police themselves...which..yeah...no.

Nice to see Hawks fans already blaming the refs, and the Bruins dirty play for the eventual loss tonight.

Expect both Toews and Bergeron to play, which is great.  Want to see both teams at full strength.  Curious to see who will be more effective, my guess would be Toews.  Bergeron didn't take the morning skate.

Expect a sloppy ice tonight, it's about 95* in Boston today, slow ice I imagine will favor Boston.

Hawks fans, add the bad ice to your list of excuses while you are at it.

Go B's.

Slow/bad ice definitely favors the lesser skilled team, so yes, you are correct.

You are absolutely daft if you think that hit didn't merit a suspension of some sense.

Can't wait to watch Jonny Toews hoisting the cup in front of a bunch of obnoxious Boston fans. Will be sweeter than winning it at home.

My opinion does not matter, I watch hockey on tv and don't know how to ice skate.  What does my opinion have anything to do with it?

How am I obnoxious?  I stated before the series started how Hawks fans make up excuses on why their team will lose.

And what do you know...

Awesome series, Hawks are more talented from top to bottom, but talent doesn't always win out.  Here's hoping for a game 7.

Cheers guys.

You could make that statement for every fanbase in the world.  I can deal with the no-call with the hit on Toews.  It happens extremely fast and is almost impossible for an official to pick up every single hit to the head.  It's my frustration with the league for saying one thing than acting another.  Consistency is lacking IMO.

Wasn't referring specifically to you. Since you are an MU alum/fan you aren't AS obnoxious as the rest of them  ;)

Most people agree Boston fans are obnoxious. Don't take it personally.

Corey Crawford was unbelievable tonight. Should have been given the MVP as well.

We Kane. We Shaw. We Crawford.

Patrick Kane said the same thing.
