Manny Harris re-opens his recruiting

He committed to Michigan but has re-opened the recruiting process with the coaching change.  At one time he considered MU.  His sister plays at MU for Coach Mitchell......I know TC does not have a scholarship open right now, but stranger things have happened

Why would he not stay? If his system is like WVU's then the guards get lots of play!
