Al's Night?
« on: March 05, 2015, 06:43:18 PM »
I travel for work and end up missing a lot on this board and at the Bradley Center, but I was lucky enough to catch a game last night. "Al's Night..."

I was surprised what a letdown it turned out to be – and I don't mean the game. I had no expectations for a win and am fine waiting for the guys to develop. BUT...Unless I missed something, the only "Al" recogniition was a well-done video for maybe two minutes before the game. They honored Al at halftime with...a juggler in a bad wig.

Obviously, it's not an anniversary of anything this year. But, why have Al's Night and barely mention Al?

TCB. See you all next year.

Par for the course at MU when it comes to the game day experience. Another subpar effort.

Al was a great person. Met him three times as a reporter but enough is enough about Al and we must move on. We have hit "rock bottom" and there is no where to go but up. Buzz left the cupboard bare. These are his types of players being coach by "Wojo"
who is trying to instill his game in Buzz's players. Think only Shayok was a decent recruit. Ahmed Hill has really done nothing for
Buzz as he was highly touted. Been really disappointed in Cohen, thought he would do more in an "open court" game. Here's hoping
Wojo's recruits will do better." Knob Creek Down the Hatch".
