Just a clarification: Does everyone on the 21-22 table get a an extra year of eligibility? Also what is the cut off date for new recruits  to sign LOIs to be eiligilbe to play this fall?

I believe anyone on a 2020-21 roster gets an extra year of eligibility.  If they stay at their 2020-21 school, the extra year doesn't count towards scholarship limit.  If they go elsewhere, it does.
