They have made things helpful for those of us intrigued by Animal Justice by automatically updating known animal attacks as they occur. There are so many we need to keep track of . This handy feature is quite helpful.

Speaking of Animal Justice ,Yesterday a bloodthirsty leopard attacked a court house in India . The Post sites Claw and Order.

The leopard was captured and will be released into the wild .

Wind turbines.  Nothing is being milled.
Watched this Irish drama called Southwesterlies.
Their community was going to get a wind farm.  The fisherman opposed it because they said the infrasound would scare the fish off.
Had to see if the drama was correct and sure enough, the wind turbine infrasound seriously mess with the fish senses. 
Soooo, guess it is all a matter of the technology having various shades of green.

I knew that Tigers and Golden Bears prowled golf courses.    Mountain Lions on golf course during girls junior tournaments is new.    Maybe it was a creeper mountain lion.

I don’t think that’s remotely odd. Plenty of mountain lions in Wyoming, Colorado, and the Dakotas.  And the Nebraska town in question is right on the SD border.  Not like it was roaming the Omaha suburbs.

Unfortunate cause mountain lions are awesome, but far less odd than when one found its way into the Milwaukee suburbs a few times over the last 25 years

Hippos are not to be trifled with pbi.  This youngster is just practicing for potential enemies down the road.

yeah, seriously. We got a back tour of the Honolulu Zoo. We got to pet a rhino, be face to face with lions, when it came time to see the hippos, we quietly crept up to their pen in groups of 2 at a time.
They were adorable but the vet zoo was adamant that they were the most dangerous animals in the zoo. He made sure we were absolutely silent the entire time.
Orangutans were a close second in his list of danger. We were allowed to be far closer to the lions, tigers, bears and elephants than orangutans.
BTW for those going to the tournament, if you go to the Honolulu zoo, sit on the bench dedicated to Kruger near the rhino exhibit. He was a helluva rhino. Friendly and playful. Would come over to see you if you knew his name.

Ty for this info pbi.  Rhinos are among the coolest animals on the planet.  And definitely underappreciated.  Baby Rhinos behave exactly like puppies when they are orphaned and under loving human care.  They and elephants have wrongfully suffered and it's beyond unacceptable. 

Now they do have poor eyesight so occasionally they take out a truck that scares them but in general they are calm, cool, and collective.  When they are panic mode they are living tanks as they can run 35 mph at 4000 lbs, but truthfully they are not vindictive.  If they were they would smash villages regularly with immense force and power.
