Hey guys,
I've been working on building / acquiring and developing the content for this site for the past few months. It is finally live!
Check it out, there are a lot of great games to watch, and highlights to search. It will be updated in the next few weeks to incorporate full interactivity, allowing users to post their own highlights etc. The initial launch contains all sweet sixteen and up games from the past ten years, The 2010 tournament should be included in full shortly after the tournament. Enjoy and pass the link on to friends.

Site looks great....but who in the &*$% are the Golden Flashes?
-
I think that's Kent State.

Kent State
Edit: Oops, cheebs beat me to it.
-
That is cool. I went back and watched a few minutes of the MU-Kentucky game from 2003. That Wade kid looked pretty good.
-
Wow, this is awesome
-
Let me know if you guys run into any issues...as we are still in the trouble shooting / implementation stages.
-
I take it you see we are the Marquette Golden Flashes?
-
Priority one on the list of many!
What a bummer, i share w/ you guys and we never caught that.
-
WyoMufan, do u actually have full games for all of those? If you do are u willing to "trade" them?
-
Check out www.ncaaondemand.com to purchase
-
This is awesome!
-
i just found four other mascot names that are incorrect....
things slip through the cracks on a big project like this, but thanks for the feedback
-
This is great. Nothing like reliving the MU Cat game in which DWADE went OFF!.
-
This is freakin' awesome! Is this going to cost something in the near future?
-
no
the video is protected but it allows potential TE/NCAA customers the ability to better preview our content and choose footage they want to purchase.
It also serves as an opportunity to increase ad revenue due to the high eyeball time on the site.
enjoy
-
I have alot to do today... but I have to take my lunch to watch the triple double game! You could waste hours on here! Great work!
-
on the right tab there is a section called "mop moments" (most outstanding player)
how should we re-title? or does it work as is
i dont think we can us SOG
-
maybe I missed it on the site, but is it possible to go full screen?
-

Golden "Flashes" has a little truth to it, though DWade didn't have that nickname yet at the time.

nothing stopping Marquette Warriors from slipping through the cracks. I'm just sayin....

Curious, did you work with Thought Equity on this to get all the video?

Are you being facetious? Or did you not see the big logo in the lower right corner?
-
I work for Thought Equity at our Video Refinery in Laramie.
We have managed the NCAA's digital content for a few years, and have sold it from our site.
We figured it was time for an updated and NCAA specific medium to sell.
-
This is awesome... I've never seen the replay of the MU/KY game (saw it live from the second row behind the hoop) and was always too cheap to go out and buy it.
However, if I made it on to the video somewhere, I'll probably spring for it. If so, great marketing by the NCAA.

I can't think of anything more ubiquitous than MVP... MOP and SOG aren't something that trigger an immediate image for me and I spend a lot of time on basketball. /2cents

LOL. No I didn't see it. We work with those guys all the time which is why I asked. Thanks for pointing it out.

Cool. We work with you guys to obtain footage for many of our NCAA commercial spots.

I think were gonna go with mvp moments...

The LA sales office?
-
My first suggestion would be to "lose" the MU-Kansas game from the vault. I don't want the chance to even accidently relive any part of that game!
-
Will you guys be adding more games over time?
-
Would it be possible to put the UConn/MU our first Big East game where Steve Novak went off. I mean we only have one year of Marquette games on here even though it is amazing.

I think these are all tourny games.
Sweet 16 games.

Pretty sure they are NCAA tournament games only that they have the rights to.
-

-
Awesome site! This site is great for killing time during class.
One error: DWade's name is misspelled as "Dwayne" rather than "Dwyane" in the Overview section of both the UK and Pitt games.
-
rights issues are a tricky thing....
Currently we are only curating (putting on this site) NCAA tournament games
Other games can be requested (for personal use on dvd etc.) from a sales rep via www.thoughtequity.com, pretty much any game you could ever think of.
We will be adding more games, I think the next step will be the 2010 Tournament (hopefully more MU games to come :) ).

-
I know. I was just impressed with some of the older AL footage you guys have when I did the Marquette search.
-
sorry i called you a smart alec.
thought you were being one.

No problem!

They have all the sweet sixteen games (and following games) from the NCAA tourney up from the last ten years.
I may get no work done at all today.

How is your point different from the first post which showed the link and what it is?
WyoMUfan, is there a way to get the games in full screen?
-
It's um, worded a little differently?
Honestly, I did a search of Ncaa vault before posting and put it up in the Superbar. The mods must have saw it was related to the topic and moved it here so yeah.
-
no full screen
most of the bugs are fixed too :)
no longer the golden flashes!!!!
-
I apologize if this has been posted or is old news but I just learned about it today.
http://vault.ncaa.com/
Has every NCAA game in its entirety from the sweet 16 and beyond beginning in 2000. I'm currently watching the MU/Kentucky game and I'm sure I'll catch the Pitt game sometime this weekend as well.

wow I totally missed that. Great site none the less.
This Kentucky game is still pretty close. Hope we can pull it out.

I'll give you Kentucky +12, for how much?
-
uploading to youtube...will modify when finished
put this bad boy together out of boredom today.
edit....didn't work, thought that would embed the video...
how do i do that...
-
Just watched the beginning of that Kansas game again. Remember it like it was yesterday. At about 13:20 Novak missed a three, Hienrich comes down and drains one in the span of about 4 seconds...game over.

Very cool video. Definitely diggin' the music choice.
-
I've been watching the MU-Kent game. All the close-up shots of the Kent players and coaches with confused, frustrated looks on their faces is priceless.
-
great site! Nice work!
Watching MU -Kansas for the first time. Billy Packer was all over Wade from the tip.
-
I apologize if this was already posted but I scanned the last couple of days' threads and didn't see anything.
Anyway, I found this on Don Walker's JSOnline blog. The site is vault.ncaa.com and there's a ton of tourney highlights, as well as some full games from the last decade. The entire Pitt, Kentucky, and Kansas games are on there from our Final Four run. I enjoyed watching some of the Kentucky game the other night. Great find.
