Kam broke it open tonight.

Kam

Kur.
-
I mean Kam's shooting was sexy, but that's all he had.
Kur - 7/7 with 15 points 4 rebs (a lot for him) 3 blocks and 2 dimes
-
Kur Kuath
Honorable Mention
Kam Jones
-
Kur Kuath gets the edge over Kam Jones
-
Kam
-
Jones.

Kur was great tonite, but Kam just blew this game up in the first half. Gotta go with Kam.
-
TKO, offense runs so much better when he's in the game.
-
The game was decided in the first half when Kam got cookin', and he ended up leading the team in scoring, so I'll go with him.
Good argument can be made for Kuath, obviously, as he had his best game in quite some time.

Exactly!
Kur.

Kam provided the spark when the game was still close. 👍

Stats say KK. Gut says Kam. Kam
-
Always the leading scorer
-
Great to see Kur back among the living, but the difference-maker tonight was a frosh from TN.
Gotta go with Kam. Tight first half, then he started cooking, BOOM, margin, breathing room.
Kam.
Jones.
-
Kur. Great night on both ends. He needed that and the team needed him.
-
I really wanted to say Kam…but gotta go with Kur.
-
Kam…Kuath
I think both had a huge impact in the game. It’s a statistical tie. Lol
-
It's one of the closer SOTG races that I can remember. I'm going Kam because he put the game out of reach. KK did more of his damage when the game was in hand
-
Kam ended the game in the first half.
Kid was obviously very good as well. Kam gets my “vote”.
-
Kam. (In part so that there will be an 8th stud this year!)
-
Kam. His run turned a close game into a runaway.
Kur was solid throughout, but frankly his teammates do 80% of the work when he scores. Being pleasantly surprised when your C grabs 4 rebounds is not that great. He played very well on the defensive half of the court.
I thought Kolek deserves to be in the discussion. Loved all the assists.

Killa Kam ! ! ! 8-)

Kur
Kam's heat check 3 did not make Shaka happy. Didn't play much after that.
-
Tough choice, but here they are:
1. Kur.
1a. Kam.
2. JFL.
Good game by O-Max too.
Need one Sunday!
-
I already voted for Kur, but it's great to see some of us struggling to choose between them. Kam is a very close runner up to me and it's looking like he will win.

The mods choose who they want. This place is as democratic as Russia.
-
Kam for the young career best night.
Kur an honorable mention for an almost perfect night were it not for the last missed free throw.
-
Kam
-
I agree with Kam but want to point out a super effort all night by O-Max
His hustle on Defense and Offense all night I thought was worth praising..
-
Kam.
Kur only gets the easy buckets.

Kur only gets the easy buckets.
Or does Kam get the easy buckets? Anyone on this thread can make a 3 pointer. There aren't any that can play above the rim like Kur.
Not to mention, Kam is getting open a lot of the time because a rolling Kur or Justin draw a crowd of defenders.

The next time a “rolling Kur” (or any kind of Kur) draws a crowd of defenders will be the first. Most of Kur’s baskets are scored because his defender has left him to help (usually on Kolek) and literally nobody is guarding him.

Good point Lenny. Kur sees his opportunities and takes advantage of them before the defenders can get to him. It's as if he is hiding and then suddenly shows up under (or above!) the basket.

Yep. Ooze used to have that invisibility thing going too, but he usually had to step over the baseline below the hoop. Kur somehow becomes invisible right in the middle of the lane.
-
1. Kam, had a few heat checks/questionable shots but loved he was shooting with confidence. Looked like he was having fun out there
2. Kur in second, much improved on both ends last night compared to the last few games, good bounce back

That's far from true. If Kur were open everytime at the rim he'd get the ball everytime. He's often shut down with multiple defenders.
See Shaka's postgame last night where he said Kolek has to shoot because often times defenders sag off of him to guard the roller.

Where's our decision? What are we paying for here?
-
Still no decision by the Mods?
Make it easy and tally the majority choice by the posters.
-
This always works.

Mods should be banned!

Ah, the mental struggle, the angst, the deliberative effort - all being belittled by the mods, in their smug insouciance.
Have never seen a SOTG awarded until after the next game. Who says Scoop isn't progressive?
-
I tried to agree with the masses, but couldn't.
-
Not completely unreasonable. Scoop is an oligarchy.
-
I tried to agree with the masses, but couldn't.
That was exactly how I felt.
I really wanted to say Kam…but gotta go with Kur.
