This is one tough conference where anything can happen.  We need to stay focused on G-town.  We can't take them for gratned - we must win that game!

GO MARQUETTE!!

Agree with Hayward...I was telling every PC fan that the Dunk is a very rough place to come into and leave with a W...looks like they got the 'Cuse.  And PC is in pretty decent standing in the conference race, too.  Very under-the-radar.

Providence taking down Syracuse -

Cincinnati taking down G'Town -

I love it when our so-called "non-quality wins" beat the upper-crust of the Big East.
Sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand.

Does anyone think the "Marquette hasn't played anyone"....

talk has inspired Cincy,Providence, WVU, and Villanova?
We look at it from Marquette's point of view, but I am sure these other teams players really were tired of the talking heads saying this.

If our RPI changes, its only temporary.  For example, by the end of the year we'll play both Syracuse and Providence.  It doesn't matter for our RPI who beats who.

The only slight exception is if one of our mirror opponents beats a non-mirror opponent.  VU winning helped us.  GU losing to Cincy hurt us.
