I'm not a current student but I was out yesterday getting some lunch and saw him on 3rd and Wisconsin Ave.

So Jim Stingl says he is in the "Top 3" Milwaukee characters....who are other 2?  Is Freeway in the top 3?

Crazy Lenny is more of a Madison dude... If you're talking about the guy that owned American TV.

He lives about 15 minutes south of Madison... Lets just say he sold at the right time.
