Wow someone must've given Henry speech lessons since the season ended because he sounded like an idiot most the interviews and suddenly he was speaking normally.

Shooting will be fine with work. Main concern is defense.

... also questionable speed, can not jump, needs to work on defense, does not bang and is less athletic than most NBA players.

And despite doing absolutely nothing well...is a multimillionaire as a 19 year old.  He cheated the system there, hey?

Happy for Henry. Wished the Bucks would have picked him, but the Pistons are a good landing place. Good coach and they actually have a need for good players .

Handles the ball very well for a big man and can rebound. He is just going to another level where his skills will likely not be enough. If he develops a good outside shot he has a future. Good tall three point shooters are always in demand.

I still remember Stan Van Gundy sweating like a fat one-legged hooker working both sides of the street  with Bucky back in the day.

Hawks just got the best value pick in this draft.  Bembry at 21 is a steal.

Could be worse for HE, at least his deal won't be in GBR £.

Bucks going balls out with the risk pick.

Article from today with sources claiming he may be 21-23, not 19, and says Draft Express had him going to the Bucks...in the second round:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/early-lead/wp/2016/06/23/just-how-old-is-thon-maker-nba-scouts-reportedly-arent-sure/

Espn (Chad Ford) had Maker going to the Bucks in the 1st. I was hoping for Sabonis.

I hate the Valentine pick, hate it.

Knee questions?

If the knee is OK, I think it is a great pick.

I like Sabonis too.   He destroyed that Utah guy taken before him head to head.   Think Sabonis will be good.
