Quantcast - I put their cookie on the site a couple weeks ago.  Interesting data.  I'm not positive how accurate it is, but interesting nonetheless.

Not exactly full of demographic data like above, but still some interesting stats like % of traffic going to the wiki, and ability to compare against other sites' traffic (looks like muscoop hit about 1/3 of marquette.edu traffic around the beginning of April): http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details/muscoop.com
