"Bilas, who as we all know likes Marquette because his Dookie buddy is our coach, calls Toppin the best player in the country every single time he mentions Toppin. Which is about 10x every night."

Bilas went on to say, If it wasn't Toppin, It was Powell......   8-)

Obviously NPOY is a body of work, but odd for a National guy to bang the Powell drum when over the last 4 games, SHU has lost twice at home with Powell going 3-14 and 3-12 and would have been under 10 pts in both if not for the meaningless end of game 3 against Creighton. Even the Nova game was as much McKnight and Mamu nearly posting double doubles as it was a Powell performance

markus workin out some kinks is gonna finish out the year strong and win the poy without looking back.  obi, at 6'9" advantage will be the better pro baller, does make his team better, but markus game drawing triple team scoring 30 + at 5'11" is just slippery good.  how many records has obi broken?

btw-what is daytons strength of schedule?  with exception of kansas and colorado, almost as strong as gonzaga ::)

It is early, but do far Powell is worse today than he was Wednesday against Creighton.
Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.
