Well WGN just reported it was Tyler Smith, a Make-a-Wish teen, threw out the first pitch.

It is pretty common for there to be multiple “first pitches” thrown  at MLB games.

When we go to Brewers games there are almost always 2 or 3.

There is video of Kolek’s toss on Instagram.

His agent is based in Chicago and Tyler is currently living here in the city. Also of note, the Sox won the game and are on a 3 game winning streak since Tyler threw out the first pitch.

That's not a stretch, seeing that position players Owen Miller and Jake Bauers finished up pitching the last two games of the Yankees series.
