Buzz is a mercenary. I'm not placing a value judgement on that, but that's just the truth. He's loyal to whomever is paying him while allowing him to do his job without boundaries or limits. Most coaches fit this description.

Buzz is a lot of things. One of those things is that he's 1000x more likable than Tom Crean.
