Pathetic showing from a team going nowhere

It used to be “it’s ok. We regress to the mean, we win this running away” but now our average is like 2/27 on threes, so that logic doesn’t work.

Let this be a lesson: I never want to start a season top 10 again. The fall hurts worse than the actual losing!

(All this said, the team is out there competing. Can’t fault the effort!)

The inability to make a jump shot is affecting everything else.

Spot-on.  And that's what's so frustrating.

Biggest issue I see is physicality...Big East officiating this year seems to be allowing more physicality and that kills our squad.

I don’t recall a season where there has been such a remarkable change in a team from one part of the season to another.  I think the thoughts of MU being a better team are clouded by having the knowledge of how this team can play.  It really isn’t that team any more. I hope at some point the team that started the season returns but no, at this point, MU is not a better team

I think are just a middle of the pack team. Nothing Shaka can do about it when we have no one who can shoot.

This team can’t even pray to be competitive on a road game. Absolutely bizzare and pathetic. Idk what to sa. What is going on

At some point blame mostly rests on the man in charge.

It all goes back to shooting - make some shots and teams can’t pack it in and be physical.

The lesson has to be if you are going to have a offensive philosphy that every player has a green light to shoot from 3

You have to recruit just ONE guy that can actually shoot the 3.

Incredible to have this philosphy and strategy and not have 1 guy who can shoot when ideally you should have 3-4.

Who put this gang who can’t shoot or do much else together? For crying out loud. Take your blinders off.

If Jop drives into 2 guys off a kick out he should auto see the bench for 10 min

Gentlemen, I know it’s still early in the game and I know we are the better team, but I don’t think we will win today.

Joplin scared from shooting three now.

Has given up two opens for attempted layups/shots and missed both.
