FWIW - Pomeroy's rankings predict a MU win on Sat!

Sure it's only a 50% chance, but I'll take any number that says we have a chance to sweep Pitt this year!

I really do think this will be the craziest the BC has been this year.  Wisconsin was huge, but for that one the season was still up in the air.  On Sat, you've got National Marquette Day, Senior Night, GameDay, and a chance to keep Pitt from having any part of the BE regular season title.  What more needs to be said!

Meanwhile, other than the festivities, our team should be able to play loose.  The seeding in the big east tourney is pretty much out of their hands, and it's time to just play ball.

Fire up Marquette!

was unimpressed by Pitt last night,  I really like our chances.  Pretty much dominated them at Pitt for 39 minutes, actually 44.  DJ did hit alot of big 3's in that game that we might not necessarily want to count on but I still really like our shot.

I'm no Pomeroy, but ZiggysFryBoy also predicts a Marquette win.

I'm glad Georgetown lost and this game has added importance for Pittsburgh.   Adds some juice to the game and it would be real sweat to keep Pitt from sharing the BE title.

It'll be nice to finally be the ones with the emotional day working for us instead of ND senior night and 1000th anniversary of Gtown B-ball.

Hopefully the emotional lift will work the same way it did in those two games for the home team!

Collegerpi predicts a loss.  Before Pitt's win last night they predicted a win, now they predict a loss
