the WI game sold out?
the WI game sold out?
To my eyes every seat was full. essentially.. but idk
I think your gunna need your eyes checked. Nova wasn't full and was way more packed then the Wisco game. Wisconsin had maybe 1/3 of the upper deck. Im row A in a 400 section and there were 5 other people in the entire section.
The official attendance was 18,691. A sell out.
Bought attendance* he was asking for actual.
No he wasn't. He asked "the WI game sold out?"
By definition it "sold out." Whether or not everyone showed up doesn't change that.

I went to the MU ticket office yesterday for two tickets and only a scattering of singles were left at $28 a piece. Kinda wish I had nabbed them because I'm now on the outside looking in.
Any suggestions as to where I can pick up 2 tix on the street?

I used stubhub. Significant mark up, especially in finding 3 seats together.

Free market in action, baby.
Ticketmaster also sells aftermarket tickets. It's a pretty simple process for the seller and the take on the seller's end isn't too bad. That's where I sell mineif I can't make it to the game.if I'm upset with the team's recent performance, weak opponent, or if I'm just being lazy.

Do you not understand English? A "sell out" is when every ticket is sold. Period. You can have a sell out with a bunch of no shows. But that's not what he asked.
I'm curious though if tickets that we give to local organizations are counted though. Wasn't depaul doing a bunch of that to boost their "official attendance numbers" even though actual attendance was dramatically lower?

It isn't. One guy asked directly if it's going to be where every seat is going to be filled "like the wisconsin game". The next guy then directly asked if "Wisconsin was a sellout" - As in, "every seat was filled" I don't know why its so hard for you to understand, or why you are taking this to level 11. It was a simple question and already answered. Calm it down.
I'll go on record and say there has never been an athletic event in a major arena that has had "a butt in every seat." So if that's the definition you want to go by for a "sellout" then there has never been a sellout in the history of sports.
Congrats on finding a way to my block list. Have a great day with your English.
I'm perfectly calm. I am amazed however that you don't understand simple English.
Unleash, chill brother. Let's hope we're 'packed'. Last year's NMD was pretty damn close. University is doing a good job pushing it.
I guess I should never answer a question someone asks. You never know who might take the meaning of the word to an extreme. I just found it hilarious that he attacked me, and not the person who actually asked it. Seeya at the game big boy.

Nope. Not a fan. Messes up the timing of all the other events surrounding the game.Well, it's a night game because the day was open and CBSSN wants it as a night game.
I am sure the only reason NMD is a night game this year was because it was the only weekend home game in February.

Four y'all comin' from a far, dress for da whether and allow extra travel tyme. It is late February in da Brew City, ai na?

doesn't change the game whether there are 5 people in the stands or 18,000 people, focus on the process

I will be cheering the Warriors on to victory from the land of gators, crawfish, shrimp, grits, jazz and plantations, also known as New Orleans, the most fun city in the world. Oops, gotta leave for a parade.
