first half hayward

i don't have the stats but it seemed to me that hayward played maybe 3 minutes in the first half, and he didn't played at all the last 11+ minutes of the half. He only had 2 fouls so I found this very odd. I was really worried he was injured for a while.

I think Buzz was being a bit conservative and didn't want him to pick up a third since we might need his inside presence and rebounding in the second half.  Hazel and Jimmy Butler got some good time in the first half.
