Congrats

Hey guys, I run Xavier's Rivals site. I stumbled across this board when doing prep work for the game this week and found your guys' insight to be very helpful... so thank you for that. Congratulations on a big win last night. I was very impressed with the way Marquette defended the ball screen offense without playing against it... especially after reading your comments about the defense and it's struggles at times this year. Very good job of game planning by Buzz.

Finally I just wanted to say that I LOVE Derrick Wilson. You guys are getting a good one there. Love his game and he's a GREAT kid.

Good luck.

Xavier is a classy school.   Lots of respect.    The turning point of the game was when your kid picked up his third in the first half.   The game got away from you/swung our way after that.    Thanks for the love and good luck going on from here.

Thanks much. Of course I was cheering for MU, but Xavier has been very entertaining in the past few years and I'll miss seeing them make a run. That game with KSU last year was one of the best I've ever seen. Best of luck in the future, and thanks for the kind words.

Rick B - Thanks for the good message board sportsmanship.  I always root for the Jesuit schools and Xavier in particular.  I adopted them as 'my team' in rounds 1 and 2 last year in Milwaukee, and I had a great time hanging with your fans.  I have X penciled into my 2012 Sweet 16 already.

Rick B - Nice message/post.  Best wishes to Xavier next season.  Would be great to start a series with X.  Also curious about your assesment of Derrick Wilson - I assume you've seen him play?  Have you had any interaction with him - based on the "great kid" comment?  Any thoughts on his ability to compete for PT as a freshman?
