OT: Biggest "Blowouts" in MU- Wisconsin History
« on: December 14, 2014, 11:11:46 AM »
Sorry, I'm a week late on this.  A friend sent me this link to the biggest MU-Wisconsin blowouts in the "modern" era, whatever that is.  Here is the link:  http://www.buckys5thquarter.com/wisconsin-badgers-mens-basketball/2014/12/5/7337223/top-5-blowouts-in-wisconsin-marquette-history

Big Problem:  the 23 point margin in 2001 is the wrong score.  Final Score UW (and the refs with the D Wade "wipe away" offensive foul) 86- MU 73.  http://www.uwbadgers.com/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/122201aaa.html

You would think that the Bucky's 5th quarter could maybe get a correct score, seeing they reference the 23 point margin being the biggest since 1949.  Nope, wrong, wrong, wrong.

LOL.  Their biggest blowout is a lie.
