Syracuse in Trouble at Pitt

Interesting ACC/"Old Big East" game between #1 and #25.

Apparently Pitt is 9-0 against top 5 opponents at their current home court (Petersen Events Center). Who knew?

I definitely remember Lamar Patterson being a handful. Dude can stroke it from outside. Would be nice to see the Orange lose one.

Syracuse pulls it out.   That kid is the real deal.

In other news, simultaneous to that ending, one of the other teams in a similar situation to MU blew a late lead and lost at home to a less than stellar team.

Penn St beating IU in Bloomington helps MU.   A team with a similar resume takes a step backward.   Let us hope that the last two games for MU are a harbinger of a stretch run.
