Do you think Matsuyama holds on?
I always like it when they recap the leaderboard at various times of the day.

If Matsuyama can do well on 9 through 13 he should be in good shape . Those holes have double bogey potential

There are low scores out there.  I thought it would be playing way more difficult.   I think Speith is gonzo, rooting for Schaufflee and Zalatoris.

Zalatoris is already putting pressure on Hideki, which is fun for us viewers.

Agree that there are low scores out there, but the top contenders, aside from Zalatoris, keep effing up.

This just got much more interesting.    Has Zalatoris played in any major  before this one?

I just don't think anyone near the top is putting much pressure on Matsuyama.  He's going to have to have a meltdown to lose.  At least one double imo.

It's pretty much over unless HM has a monumental meltdown which I don't see happening.  Props to him and Japan.

Lots of gold left. All the Eagle Holes left on back nine plus Amen corner .

Hideki just slammed the door with that little wedge on 9.  It's over.

Yeah, that’s sad. I love watching the back 9 of an intensely fought major. Now, it’s just gonna be a background picture as a finish up our income taxes.
