Our D is best in a while. We just need to keep getting their bigs to foul. We got this!

Agreed, brother.

Heldt getting absolutely dominated by Haas every time he touches ball. Not sure why we aren't doubling on him, or at least fronting him.

Too much dribbling on offense.

Wojo is the least creative coach I have ever seen. Is he a moron? It was obvious in the 1st half Heldt couldnt guard Haas 1 on 1..so his halftime adjustment is....wait for it..to do EXACTLY the same thing. Brilliant freaking coaching right there Wojo.

Haani is fine. I think spreading the floor and going small is going to have to be the plan. Heldt is uselsss out there tonight.

HC may be fine but sacar and Elliott have been better options IMO

Heldt looks like a child compared to Haas.  You've got to up the pressure or go to the zone.

It looks like Heldt has found a time machine and returned to his freshman year while on defense against Haas

Maybe. Both are better with limited stretches.

Yeah I think Wojo has been fine. Yes Heldt is overmatched but you can't go small for 40 minutes.

I do not understand the Haanif criticism.   The offense is bogging down, he takes it aggressively to the rim and gets swatted by a 7'3 guy and some see this as proof that he hasn't gotten better ?!?!    7'3!    I want Haanif taking that opportunity every damned time!  They aren't all going to be 7'2 and 7'3.

My problem was more his drive early with 2 defenders in front of him and 1 trailing.

A TO turned into a bad shot and easy bucket for them

Zone won't solve the problem. Doubling is the only hope. Heldt is a waste, might as well play someone who won't bring the offense down. He'll be much more playable against non-aliens.

Sacar looks OK, but it was clear on his 3 that he doesn't have confidence in that range. Elliot and HC need all the minutes there.

Heldt is overmatched.   It won't be the last time. Thankfully, there aren't that many 7'2 widebodies out there to make Matt look puny.   Froling will be an extra 5 fouls on defense.

Zone?  Not a chance. That would slow us down. I would go small for stretches. Just like he has done.

Nice to see Haanif throw Haas to the floor.

Can't have Hauser picking up cheapies at this point.

How did Rowsey think that drive would end?

Leading to a Purdue run now
