I literally received an A in BULA 3001, so I speak with authority when I say Shaka’s directive to not show a game stream rises to a with cause firing scenario under his contract

Huh I never knew it had a name.

I'm in favor of pedestrian malls, but I'm not sure that stretch of Wisconsin Ave would be the best place for one. Close old world 3rd street instead, imo.

regardless of your view of it the exercise perfectly encapsulates the difference between Fr. DiUlio and Fr. Wild.  If Fr. Wild was in charge it probably gets done and with great civic enthusiam. Instead Fr. DiUlio did his best to make us look elitist.

It's a shame because after the changes around 12th st, closing Wisconsin Ave makes even more sense.  There are plenty of ways around the main thoroughfare on campus for a few blocks, and it would greatly improve campus beauty, promote safety, and allow for more common areas.  Close from 11ths to 16th.  You can get around the core of campus via Clybourn or Wells.

At this point, I think the mods at Scoop forced MU to not stream it to force engagement on Scoop before the season kicks off.
