HD Receiver Options
« on: November 09, 2009, 09:59:28 AM »
So having just moved out I now have DirecTV as my cable provider but am unsure on whether or not I should purchase their reciever for $100 plus the $10/month charge for the year I am renting for. Total comes to $220, are their any HD Receivers that you can use w/DirecTV to convert to HD.

I am finding it hard to get information and realize that it may be a little costly but do not want to lease equipment from DirecTV. Does anyone have any input/past experience?
