Can't rebound, can't defend, especially the 3...can't win. Anderson and Ja. Wilson playing with their heads up their kielbasa.

When Buzz calls timeouts does he actually draw up plays?

Granted hes been so bad he probably has only played 6 minutes

but I would be willing to guess we havnt scored with Juan on the floor yet. Maybe a couple DG free throws.

Seriously, he has been vastly superior to Derrick this game and I haven't been a big bench Derrick guy.  His two missed threes were in and out.

He has passed the ball very well and does a much better job of getting the ball into the post.

disagree. about the exact same as derrick.

and you can't knock derrick for not having 3s go "in and out" since he doesn't take them.

Are people really still gonna chant for more Dawson minutes? He adds literally nothing more offensively than Derrick with worse D.
But his missed shots almost go in!

Mayo now stinking it up...Thomas gets his 3rd foul. He will be seeing pine city the rest of the game.
Getting our asses kicked while DePaul wins at Butler. Will we be near last place after this fiasco.

Dawson understand how to play pg way more than Wilson.  Easy to see that.  Dawson needs work on d, but he is way more natural pg.  Not even close.  Passes are delivered on time on target

MU 5/10 on threes - a breath of fresh air!

Some poor defensive rotations, a handful of poor shots, silly fouls, and MU still hanging in there!!

Yeah but that's the problem. Teams sag derrick because he literally cannot shoot.

Dawson is actually showing a solid stroke.

At least Dawson's defender is not guarding another player.

You must be watching a different game.  Dawson is surveying the entire court every time he touches the balls and gets the ball into the post or moves the ball (still faster than Derrick).

I've been very impressed with Dawson's game tonight.

It really seems like bad Gardner is back this game...poor defense and poor offense.
hopefully you forget your post Forgetful. Ox has 11 at the half. He is the only guy who has come to play. Wake up!

His 2 misses were right there too. He did pretty well out there for not being given much a chance in previous games.

What on earth are you talking about? Other than rebounds and loose change, MU is getting NOTHING inside.

considering 1/3 is better than Derrick or the rest of the team as a whole is shooting for the year.

it isn't the same. You drinking?

it is 100% the same. dawson's 3 "in and out" is the same as a gardner miss. or a anderson travel. or a derrick turnover. same result

The reason is that Wilson is in foul trouble.

Dawson has played well and I am glad about that.  Not really sure that he's done anything better other than be more willing to shoot the ball.

When Buzz calls timeouts does he actually draw up plays?

Out of bounds plays, out of timeout and end of clock situations are what Buzz calls "special teams", supposedly a big focus in practice.  Unfortunately, something just rarely jives since our special teams have always been "special"...even some of the memorable game winners have happened after the original play broke down.

Dawson understand how to play pg way more than Wilson.  Easy to see that.  Dawson needs work on d, but he is way more natural pg.  Not even close.  Passes are delivered on time on target

He passes the eye test, big time.  Just needs to get it all together, which will come with time.  Much higher ceiling than Wilson.

No, Dawson having the ability to shoot and make a 3. Is different than Derrick barely shooting and not making them.

You should coach Juans adaptive basketball team.
