My guess is a lot of Scoopers would be impacted by this.

There are folks and families who have built up businesses over a life time . If they sell , The Govt take from the deal would more than double.

Also people who have worked their entire year for large companies and accumulated significant stock holdings. This is especially true for folks who were employed by tech companies that have grown and dominated.

Someone who owns a family farm and now its in the path of progress. So that acreage value sky rockets , even if it stays a farm over 40 50 years there has been increases

A well compensated manager who happens to sell a highly appreciated home could easily make over a million if the home sale exceeds the excluded amount

An individual investor who has long term holdings with huge imbedded capital gains would be impacted

I know for sure on many fronts these proposed tax increases will hit me and my family.

I mean, right, but a one time liquidity event being slightly less profitable i for every dollar over $1MM s different from the claim that Biden is raising cap gains taxes to 45%.

Yep. Had more than twice as many shots as any of.his teammates. Not the way the game should be played.

Say what you will, but Tom Crean develops hall of famers.  Edwards made a wise choice playing for Coach

Great job by Coach Crean getting him ready for the NBA.  Can see why he went to Georgia and not Virginia

I remember laughing about the idea that teams would be wise to not take Edwards 1 because of his motor and that he doesn’t love the game. Just hilarious stuff.

Kentucky hired Ciara Gregory as an assistant. She was previously a 3 year assistant at Charlotte and a 2 year graduate manager there. She was also a highly decorated player at Charlotte, holding several 3 point records. She worked with their guards.

Former Charlotte assistant Cait Wetmore became the head coach at Monmouth this cycle as well. And last year Nicole Woods became the head coach at UNC Wilmington.

Dazia Lawrence is on a Kentucky visit this weekend.

No. This was never about “credit.” It was Elon’s statement that it was left “EMPTY” in year two. It was not.

What Buzz did with that team was great. But he simply wasn’t left with an empty cupboard for his second year.

Which honestly is a strange metric anyway. I’ve clearly heard “he was left with an empty cupboard” before. But I don’t think I’ve heard “he was left with an empty cupboard for year two” before this topic.

But year two, the new coach can get his guys in the door. Just like Buzz and Shaka did.
