Crazy theory, but maybe this team follows Scoop’s lead.   Maybe the team reads Scoop in Dec and Jan and start to believe they really are a great team.  So by the time they get to Feb and March they think they can just coast through the end of the year beating everyone.  As they start to struggle they read the rationalizations and excuses on Scoop and just keep believing it’s all fine and there is no reason for concern.  Then suddenly it’s round 1 of the tourney and they get smacked by 30 points.  🤷‍♂️

At this point, if he doesn’t start doing anything with consistency the season could be in trouble. He defends mid sized guards/wings well, but that’s not enough.

This years team needs him.

Stevie and Ben, and even Sean minus that awful decision to shoot a three, have brought it. Well done outta them. Very difficult to win when Oso and OMax are more than just non-factors. They have to be smarter and stronger. They have proven they can, so let’s see how we react after three off games including this clunker.
